A tasty cooking tour exploring the Venetian culinary traditions through one of the Italian Cooking Classes set in a beautiful Venetian villa in the Garden of Venice.
An experience that will let you know the food and wine tradition of the Veneto region, preparing typical dishes with simple and genuine products: pasta with ragù, “pasta and beans” or bigoli with duck sauce; risotto with mushrooms, Radicchio Rosso di Treviso or white asparagus of Bassano del Grappa; “rice and peas”; “sopa coada”, grilled meat with the always present polenta and baccalà … are only some of the dishes that you can prepare and enjoy!
The products we use are all Zero km, grown by local farms and purchased in “farmers’ markets”, ensuring their authenticity and contributing to environmental protection.
The course, leading by professional chefs, lasts two to three hours and is housed in a splendid Venetian Villa (but you can choose other locations – as an agriturismo or a country residence).
The menu of a typical lunch or dinner includes the preparation of a couple of appetizers, a first and a second course with vegetables, and a traditional local dessert.
After the lesson you can enjoy your meal paired with Prosecco DOCG. And finally, the inevitable glass of Grappa!
This experience can be modified according to your requests: you can choose to prepare a vegetarian menu from appetizers to desserts; only bread, pasta and pizza; only a typical desserts, such as Tiramisù, fregolotta and “zaetti”.
